I sent some photos, they sent back photos of a prototype, it wasn't quite right, so i sent my comments, they made changes, and sent new prototype photos, all good, so they made it, and sent it. The back and forth took some time, (mostly me being fussy), but once they had approved design, they made it in a couple of days. It is in China, but shipping to BC Canada, took just under 2 weeks. Was a birthday gift for my son, arrived a bit after his birthday, but his comment "That is really neat" sums it up, well made, and better than i expected.
I cannot express how wonderful this item is. Zoe went above and beyond from the moment I purchased this item. It was a birthday present for my son of him and his Grandmother who passed away, the detail that was put into this was amazing. Zoe emailed back and forth through the whole process to confirm it was up to our standards. It was a huge hit with my son - it's so special and meaningful to us and they put so much thought and care into making this for us. It's beyond beautiful. Highly recommend purchasing. I know I am putting in another order in the near future. SO special.
I've just received my bobblehead figurine and I'm very happy with it! The resemblance to the pictures I've sent it's great. My communication with Carol was excellent. She sent me pictures of the product every step of the way making sure that I was happy. I will definitely order again from this company in the future!
